- 10.00 the terrain at Papendal will be open for installing tents or campers. The organisation will set up a nice trail from the Papendal terrain to the Mountainbike Museum in Arnhem. There, you will be able to pick up your start number and goodybag and take a look in the Museum.
- 14.00 we will organise a nice bike ride through the surroundings of Papendal accompanied by some of our experienced front riders.
- 21.30 we will organise an evening bike ride through the surroundings of Papendal accompanied by some of our experienced front riders. For this ride, you need proper lighting on your bike. During these rides, we will visit some special places and will definitely surprise you. (Ik heb al een beetje gehoord wát, en inderdaad… -red.)

- 11.30 we will depart together to the competition area.
- 13.30 start competition
- 15.30 – 16.30 finish competition and arrival at Papendal
- 16.31 start evening programm with a Dutch food party ?
- After dinner, we will hand out the awards to the winners of the competition and announce the place of organisation of SSEC2019. A DJ will attend the party and in the evening a cover band will come for live perfomance.
Sunday, May 20 2018
- Between 11.00 and 13.00 hours, we will organise a nice bike ride through the surroundings of Papendal accompanied by some of our experienced front riders.
- 16.00 closing SSEC2018
